In the Availability column, write E only if the student can come earlier than 3:30 on Friday, F if they can come only on Friday and S if they can come only on Saturday. Otherwise, leave the availability column blank. If there are any other special scheduling needs please give more information on the back of the form.
Specific time requests may not be honored.
Adjudication time: Indicate if your student is entering a performance group (P/G) or a 10 or 15 minute spot. Please allow enough time for the adjudicator to write comments and teach after the performance.
Student Entry Fees:
$14.00 Performance Group (4 beginning students share a 20 minute slot at $14.00 per student)
$20.00 Ten minute performance/teaching time (playing time less than 5 minutes)
$26.00 Fifteen minute performance/teaching time (playing time less than 8 minutes)
If more time is needed, add $6.00 for each additional 5 minutes.
